About me

I am a dedicated wellness and personal development practitioner with a background in holosomatic breath therapy, having completed a 300-hour Holosomatic Breath Therapy training. I also hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification focused on yoga's transformative power. To enhance my instruction skills, I've completed 15 hours in Art of Adjustments and 30 hours in Yin Yoga Teacher Training, enriching my understanding of restorative practices and mindfulness. Currently, I am pursuing energy therapy training to further support healing and balance in others. Through these experiences, I cultivate a holistic approach to well-being, guiding individuals toward health and self-discovery.

I came to breathwork unexpectedly, drawn in by a festival atmosphere buzzing with energy. As I walked past a tent, I noticed a group of people on the floor, immersed in deep emotional release—crying, embracing, and expressing themselves freely. My curiosity piqued, my husband and I approached them to inquire about their experience. They enthusiastically shared that they had just participated in a session of breathwork, proclaiming it to be the most transformative experience they had ever had.

Intrigued and somewhat skeptical, we decided to join the next session. The facilitator greeted us with a bold statement, claiming that the experience might feel akin to taking a psychedelic substance. At that moment, I was doubtful but open-minded, ready to explore whatever lay ahead.

The session unfolded in ways I could never have anticipated. As the breathwork began, I allowed myself to be vulnerable, and soon I found waves of emotion surging through me. I cried—genuinely sobbed—in a way I hadn't experienced in my previous healing journeys, which included talking therapy and EFT therapy. While those methods were beneficial, they often lacked the emotional release I craved.

Breathwork became a pivotal part of my healing process, allowing me to access feelings long held within. It offered me a powerful avenue for expression and connection, making it one of the most significant therapies I have encountered. In that spacious tent full of strangers, I discovered the profound impact of intentionally working with my breath and emotions, setting me on a path of deeper healing and understanding.
