Serafina is a passionate wellness and personal development guide, deeply committed to integrating breathwork and movement into her teachings. With expertise in Holosomatic Breath Therapy, she specialises in leading individuals through transformative breath practices that encourage inner harmony and self-awareness.

Her work is complemented by her background in Yin Yoga and Sound where she combines slow, intentional movement with mindful breathing to promote relaxation, restore energy, and foster mindfulness with the addition of sound elements.

Currently, Serafina is expanding her knowledge in energy therapy, further exploring ways to support healing, alignment, and personal growth. Through her approach, she helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, breathe deeply, and create meaningful, lasting transformation.

Adrian is the founder of Raembla ~ Transformational Therapy, a holistic practice dedicated to empowering individuals on their personal healing journeys. With a background in holistic medicine since 2012, Adrian’s mission is to help clients understand the connection between their bodies, minds, and emotions, and to unlock the transformative power of the healing arts.

As a UK Reiki Federation Member and Reiki Master in both Traditional Usui and Tibetan methods, Adrian also serves as an Interventor, Breathwork Instructor, and Spiritual & Self-Development Coach. He has worked with clients facing a diverse range of challenges, including chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, grief, fertility issues, cancer support, life transitions, and sleep difficulties, among others.

Please avoid participating in breathwork if you have any of the following: Pregnancy, asthma, serious heart conditions (including a history of heart attacks) Glaucoma, high blood pressure, detached retina, psychosis, epilepsy, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia Recent mental health hospitalizations, severe PTSD, or emotional crises in the past 10 years Osteoporosis, history of strokes or seizures, family history of aneurysms, or chronic illness Intolerance to low oxygen, cancer, impulse control issues, hypoglycemia, diabetes, or on blood thinners Recent use of alcohol, drugs, or psychedelics within 24 hours, or fasting for more than 12 hours If you have depression, chronic anxiety, or bipolar disorder, please consult with a healthcare provider before joining.
