This 90-minute session combines Yin Yoga & calming breathwork, followed by balancing Breathwork to release blockages, enhance self-awareness & promote healing. This session will focus on nurturing the body and mind through gentle mind-body movement through yin yoga, breath awareness, and mindfulness techniques. This yin-yoga practice cultivates a sense of openness and relaxation, therefore we can delve deeper into the breathwork experience that follows.
