I acknowledge that Breathwork is an alternative healing method, and I understand that it should not replace conventional medical treatment. I have sought advice from a healthcare professional regarding any physical, mental, or emotional concerns that might impact my health or judgment during and after the session. I recognize that engaging in Breathwork may induce altered states of consciousness and could potentially surface past pain or trauma. While Breathwork has the potential to facilitate healing of emotional wounds, I understand that there is no certainty I will achieve this awareness during the sessions.
I accept full responsibility for getting medical advice if I think I have a health issue. I understand that I take on all risks from my participation, including any injuries or problems that may happen. I also release “Breathwork” from any claims related to my experience in their programs or sessions.
