With a background in Yin Yoga, Serafina combines slow, mindful movement with deep breathing techniques to restore energy, foster mindfulness, and promote relaxation. She’s currently expanding her expertise in energy therapy to further support healing, alignment, and personal growth.
Adrian is the founder of Raembla ~ Transformational Therapy, a holistic practice that empowers individuals on their personal healing journeys. With over a decade of experience in holistic medicine, Adrian helps clients understand the connection between their bodies, minds, and emotions. A Reiki Master in both Traditional Usui and Tibetan methods, Adrian also works as a Breathwork Instructor and Spiritual Coach.
